Our favourite of the 4 properties, the Beach Hut is somewhat undersold by it’s rustic name.
This fantastic two bedroom detached property comes complete with a very spacious living area, two well sized bedrooms, private courtyard with Hot Tub and even it’s own balcony area – all with superb views.
Perfectly proportioned, the stunning property is designed to look great from the outside but most importantly, is fabulous from the inside.
We have really enjoyed this relaxing weekend; the location is ideal for families and couples of all ages. Never have i experienced such a wonderful view whilst washing the dishes! The Beach Hut has everything you could possible need. Thank you so much for having us.

Kitchen and Living Area
The kitchen living area benefits from a Stephen Graver designed kitchen and windows / bifold doors all along the southerly aspect. With stylish Italian porcelain tiled floors throughout the living area, The Beach Hut benefits from brand new Bosch and Siemens appliances and great looking Silestone worktops leaving you wanting for nothing from your stay.
The vibe is laid-back but the finish is luxury. Home from home luxury to satisfy even the most discerning while all done in a tasteful and modern style to compliment the whole family. Equipped with the latest Sonos sound system, Samsung TV, ‘Sky’ and wifi the temptation will be to hang out inside but fortunately with doors straight out onto the balcony you can have the best of both worlds. For the cooler evenings, the living area of The Beach Hut has it’s own log burner to set the right mood for cosy nights in.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
There are 2 luxury bedrooms in Parade House both well sized. Bedroom 1 comes with a King size bed, dressing area and luxury ensuite. Bedroom 2 has twin zip n link small single beds that can be linked to create a king sized bed prior to your stay. There is a family bathroom.
Both bedrooms lead out onto the private courtyard and hot tub.
Outside
The Beach Hut comes with it’s own private courtyard and balcony straight through patio / bifold doors. Enjoy the sun setting over the sea horizon or sip champagne from your own private Hot Tub depending on your mood.
Practicalities
Each property is allocated up to 2 car parking spaces (upon request) in our private car park.
The Beach Hut is has it’s bedrooms on the ground floor and open plan living space on the 1st floor to maximise the stunning views.

We had the most wonderful time in the Beach Hut, which far exceeded our expectations
Just a quick note to thank you for your hospitality during our stay. You told us it was close to the beach but I hadn’t quite expected it to be quite so close. Drinking champagne under the stars in the hot tub with the beach in touching distance will be forever etched in my memory – not to mention the brownie points scored with the wife! (I think she’ll be talking about it for years to come).
Having stayed at various “high end” accommodations around Woolacombe and Ilfracombe, I can honestly say you have set the bar high and the family and I look forward to staying with you again.
